These terms cover your use of the Ground Workout app, operated by Lemon Studio. Using the app means you accept them.
Ground Workout is a training app, not a doctor, physiotherapist or coach with eyes on you. It builds sessions from what you tell it. It cannot see your form, examine an injury, or know your medical history.
If you are injured, in pain, pregnant, recovering from illness or surgery, or unsure whether a movement is safe for you, talk to a physician or physiotherapist before training. Train within your limits and stop if something hurts.
You train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Lemon Studio is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from following sessions the app produced.
The exercises, weights, sets and rest times are written by an AI model from your profile and your logged history. They are suggestions, not a prescription, and the model can be wrong. We check the coach's output against automated safety rules — but you are the one deciding what is safe to do with your own body. Adjust anything that does not feel right, and skip anything you are unsure about.
When the coach prescribes something that loads a body area you have flagged as sore, the app tells you by name. It does not silently remove it — the decision is yours.
Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds — we cannot issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, email us anyway and we will help you make the case.
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can see your training data. Do not share access. You can delete your account in the app at any time (Preferences → Account); note that this does not cancel your Apple subscription, which only Apple can do.
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or use it to generate content unrelated to your own training. We may suspend accounts doing any of these.
The daily loop — picking a session, training it, logging it — works offline by design. Designing new sessions needs our server and the AI provider, and those can be down. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
